Ethics and compliance
The Code of Ethics and Conduct (CEC_003) applies to all group companies, employees and service providers. Effective Oct 26, 2026, valid through October 2028.

Gifts, giveaways and hospitality
- We never offer or accept cash, transfers or any financial advantage
- Lunches and coffees with clients and suppliers: up to R$ 250 per person, with prior approval
- Business gifts received above R$ 250 are reviewed by HR; above R$ 500 they are returned
Whistleblower channel
To report fraud, corruption, harassment, conflicts of interest, privacy violations or irregularities in the supply chain or customs compliance. Open to employees, clients, suppliers and anyone else.
Every report is handled confidentially. Brasporto does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
Supply chain security
Our security policy: to uphold our commitment to import and export freight forwarding and customs clearance, focused on AEO-Security requirements, risk prevention and continuous improvement.
Cargo and transport
ISO 17712 high-security seals, seven-point container and seventeen-point vehicle inspections, and routes and stops that are set in advance and monitored.
Partners
Preference for AEO-certified partners; all others go through onboarding and a self-assessment against minimum requirements.
People
Background checks at hiring, annual review of sensitive positions and biometric office access.
Information
Daily backups, remote access via VPN only, individual passwords renewed every 90 days, secure media disposal, and AI tools in a corporate environment with human review.
Risk management
A multidisciplinary AEO risk committee that meets monthly, with deviations addressed through corrective and preventive action.
Crises
Tested contingency plans for emergencies, civil unrest and economic crises.
Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy has been in effect since Mar 30, 2026 and complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools built by Brasporto to check documents, compare quotes and track shipments. Our commitments:

- No customs, commercial or financial decision is made by AI alone. A Brasporto professional reviews it and is accountable for it.
- Controlled access
- Access to the tools is individual, through corporate login, and every action is logged.
- Same rules as always
- Processing follows our Privacy Policy, the LGPD and the controls of our AEO-Security management system.

Procurement and compliance FAQ
Does Brasporto own warehouses or a truck fleet?
No. Warehousing is handled at terminals and EADIs under negotiated agreements, and trucking by approved carriers. Our role is to coordinate, control and take responsibility for the operation end to end.
How do you select partners?
We prioritize AEO-certified partners. All others go through onboarding with a minimum security requirements questionnaire and, when needed, an audit or third-party consulting review.
Can I get client references?
Yes. We provide contacts from the same industry or type of operation, always with the client's permission.
How quickly do you respond to a document request?
Public documents are on this page. Requests under NDA are answered right after the agreement is signed.
Do you use artificial intelligence with my cargo data?
Yes, to check documents and track shipments, always in a corporate environment and with review by a professional. Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Details are in the section Use of artificial intelligence, on this page.
Have there been any significant incidents or fines?
In the last five fiscal years there have been no serious or repeated violations of customs law, as declared in the AEO certification process. Any material event will be disclosed here.
